广汽丰田•2017广州马拉松赛领物须知
广汽丰田•2017广州马拉松赛竞赛物品发放及领取将与广州马拉松博览会同期举行,请各位选手合理安排时间,携带下述材料,按时亲自前往现场领取。
一、领取时间及地点
领取日期:2017年12月7日-9日
领取时间:10:00-18:00(8日延至20:00结束,9日延至22:00结束)
领取地点:广州天河体育中心天河体育馆
*仅限参赛选手本人亲自前往领取,不可他人代领*
二、参赛物品清单
号码布(含计时芯片)、存衣卡、参赛服、存衣包、参赛指南等
三、领物所需凭证
参赛选手须携以下材料,本人亲自前往领物现场领取参赛物品,不允许代领。
1. 选手报名时使用的本人有效身份证件
-中国大陆选手:二代身份证;
-中国港澳选手:回乡证;
-中国台湾选手:台胞证;
-外籍选手:护照
2. 完赛证明及复印件一份
– 需为21.0975公里及以上的完赛证明及复印件
(注:跑步软件成绩需截图打印,并到咨询台签字确认)
3. 选手本人的报名确认函(需亲笔签字确认)
*现场不设打印复印,请提前准备好纸质材料*
*参赛选手须保证提交的身份证件和文件资料真实有效*
对于未按上述规定提交相关材料的选手,组委会有权拒绝发放参赛物品。
四、现场领物流程
1. 领取号码布
• 本人前往天河体育馆二层平台,根据参赛号前往指定号码布发放摊位
• 出示本人报名时使用的有效身份证件、亲笔签字报名确认函、相关完赛材料及复印件
*若为跑步软件成绩打印件,需先至咨询台签字盖章*
2. 领取参赛包
• 持领物卡前往馆外一楼服装发放区
• 对照参赛T尺码参照表后,按照衣服尺码前往相应摊位
• 获得参赛包
*参赛包一经领取,不予退换*
温馨提示:
1、参赛物品领取高峰主要出现在最后一天,为避免选手不必要的排队等待,特此提示选手自行提前准备相关领取资料,错峰前往现场领取个人参赛物品;
2、报名确认函下载方式:登陆广汽丰田·2017广州马拉松赛官网——点击“状态查询”——输入个人信息点击查询——点击下载报名确认函并打印。

NOTICE FOR PARTICIPANT’S PACK PICK-UP OF GAC-TOYOTA·2017 GUANGZHOU MARATHON
Participant pack pick-up will be allocated in the GAC-TOYOTA·2017 Guangzhou Marathon Expo with athletic brands, charities, running magazines and a vast range of health and fitness products and services presenting at the same area. Please kindly read below Expo and participant pack pick-up information.
TIME & PLACE
Thursday 7 December 10:00–18:00
Friday 8 December 10:00–20:00
Saturday 9 December 10:00–22:00
PLACE: Tianhe Gymnasium, Tianhe Sports Centre
*All participants are required to pick up their own participant pack IN PERSON.Third party pick-up is prohibited *
PARTICIPANT PACK
Bibs (Timing Chips attached), Pick-Up Card, Race T-shirt, Race Bag and Participant Guide etc.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Eligible runners shall pick up their own Participant’s Pack IN PERSON with the documents below:
1. Valid ID/passport used for Registration
– Chinese Mainland runners: ID card
– Hong Kong/Macau runners:Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents
– Taiwan runners:Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents
– Foreign runners: Passport
2. Proof Documents (original and a photocopy)of past 21k running experiences
– Proof documents shall include the original finisher certificates of past half-marathon or marathon and photocopies (one piece) of all documents being provided.
Notes: Photocopies of running apps screenshots are only acknowledged with the stamp from Inquiry Counter).
3. Registration Letter with signature of the runners
*No Copy or Printing Service is provided. Please prepare all photocopies in advance*
*Runners shall be solely responsible for the validity and authenticity of ID Card and documents being provided*
The Organizing Committee reserves the right of not issuing the participant pack to runners who fail to provide required documents.
PROCEDURE
COLLECT Bibs (Timing Chips attached)
– Runners shall proceed to the platform on the 2nd floor of Tianhe Gymnasium and proceed to the Register Counter according to your bib number.
– Original ID/Passport, Registration Letter, Finisher Certificates or other proof documents and photocopies are needed for bibs pick-up.
*Photocopies of running apps screenshots should be stamped at the Inquiry Counter before proceeding to Register Counter*
COLLECT PARTICIPANT PACK
– proceed to Participant Pack Pick-up Area with the Pick-Up Card
– proceed to the Participant Pack Pick-up Counter according to your T-shirt size (Size table is provided below)
– Collect your Participant Pack
*NO EXCHANGE is allowed once the Participant Pack is issued*
Notice:
1. Peak time of Expo visiting will be on 9th Dec. Please kindly plan your visiting date.
2. Registration letters are available from in “Runner Status” and “Runner Centre” in www.guangzhou-marathon.com for checking and download.
